Where do I start? Overt and passive-aggressive bullying at all levels. Sycophants everywhere climbing the greasy pole. Being stuck in pointless meetings all day, leaving weekends and late evenings as the only time to do productive work. Being monitored to enforce the 3 days/week mandated office attendance. Being stabbed in the back constantly. Unclear expectations. Ridiculous timescales. Arrogance.

No pros compared to most Pharma, no pension, and they reorganize about every year, poor morale with sales reps.

Cons

No pipeline, me too products. Most reps are looking to get out, better opportunities with other companies. Worst company to work for especially for young people, use company as stepping stone for better opportunities. Management not great, they reorganize every year for the last seven years.
