Pros

Not many at all really. There are some very talent people not being recognised for their work, hardly a than you.

Cons

Constant reorg. AZ IT is driven by the $ not by users needs. Everything is painful to get done and zero recognition when you go above and beyond. Management are in a bubble and self centred.

Nice(ish) offices and work environments, lots of great colleagues. OK level of salary and benefits, but no pension.

Cons

Awful politically led environment. Limited chance for career progression. Treats staff as a disposable asset.

- Passionate people who care about and think a lot about patients. - Smart people who are experienced in various verticals of healthcare.

Cons

– Moves slooooooow; no psychological safety. – HR really only sees people as a resource - ready to let go of people who they think won't be useful for them or may cause them more "unnecessary" work. – Lack of experience in handling international candidates. – Obviously new to WFH/Remote working, so they don't know how to build a culture around that at all.
