      Company has lots of benefits and pays well

      Cons

      The level of support from both management and HR is unfortunately very poor. Upon informing HR of issues related to discrimination I was told that this wasn’t not the avenue to do it, when asked about what avenue to take HR did not reply. I felt discriminated against by an employee and by HR and unfortunately no one, not even my line manager was supportive in helping myself feel comfortable.

      Amazing science strong sustainability talented teams

      Cons

      Difficult culture of bullying and harassment with no consequences for leaders who are showing these behaviours Very poor location strategy, making people be in the office where there just isn't space in terms of desks, parking, meeting rooms or lunch spaces. No development allowed in the UK, they have a complete hiring freeze including secondments
