      Good Company with Good Benefits

      Pros

      The company offers great medical, retirement, and vacation benefits. The job is not hard to do and it's pretty easy to learn the process. Some of the managers are great people and understand and care for you.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between the managers and employees. Sometimes work can get a bit boring depending on the position you have.

      Pros

      Good office environment, with a high level of diversity. HR department was generally helpful, and tries to maintain a good atmosphere. Benefits are pretty good, too. Ethics and accountability are a core part of the culture.

      Cons

      Some communication from management was inconsistent, and pay could be more competitive. IT technical support did not always resolve problems adequately.
