Pros
Awesome people with open mind thinking. Able to attend different projects and be exposed to new technologies depending on the project being assigned.
Cons
In development perspective, it's not professional and most of the time people are pretty lost with what they are doing. A lot of programmers there are lack of understanding in even the basics. Furthermore, the products that they integrate, at least the one I participated in, were really bad in terms of maintenability with lots of bugs. I found myself growing a lot within the company but definitely not as a developer.
