Pros
- WFH (project dependant) - Good people and networking - Generous perks like $2000 personal expense reimbursement - Plenty of projects if you’re looking to cut your teeth in tech consulting
Cons
- Tough to level up (getting promoted) - Company keeps changing management structure making it confusing for leveling transparency - It’s just like Accenture (not necessarily a con) but the company’s brand/identity/culture is very tightly coupled w/ Accenture at this point for better or worse - Example when they cut DEI programs
