Pros
I really like the company culture as they care so much about our well being, provides sessions and trainings, provide microsoft exams, flex benefits and so on. More importantly is the culture and the value they stand for, a great company to work with!
Cons
it's a cons and pros depends on how u look at it, as a technical person you will be assign and based in client project but enjoying the benefits from Avanade. So whenever you want to switch role/project, you dont have to switch the company to try out new things.
