      Very nice company spirit, team - oriented. Good, constant feedback.

      Cons

      After COVID, the remote work has made the company more impersonal. however, remote work is a big plus overall.

      Management culture quite toxic and ineffective in general

      Salary benefits and bonuses. Time flexibility. Nice office.

      Cons

      Although some few managers are skilled and really good, many others are quite toxic and disrespectful, from both Avanade and Accenture sides (Accenture owns Avanade). Long hours are expected with no recognition or genuine support from management.
