Pros
Each year you will get flexi benefits where you can spend on computer gadgets, pc, laptops and other things. You will also get allowance based on project that you are assigned to. Sometimes a project has good management and you will have work-life balance. When you are not on a project, you will be on bench where you will study to get a certification.
Cons
If you join a bad project, stupid deadlines where it is impossible to meet, you are expected to go back very late and settle the tasks. You will be blamed for your incompetence. It is hard to get a promotion unless you are a very top performer. Accenture always gets to make the decision, Avanade has no power at all.
