Great people ( many left and many good people are leaving.) Work life balance (used to be there, not anymore) Cool projects Training and Extended Benefits

Cons

Too many reorgs which leaves people confused Opportunity to work locally is rare It has become a clone of Accenture with lots of office politics especially during annual reviews where favoritism is rampant

There are good career advancement opportunities and it is clear when you need to do for advancement. Good variety in job types and flexibility in where and when you work.

Cons

Accenture owns Avanade and pushed processes that are designed for the worlds largest companies down, which creates too much process at the 1,000 to 5,000 seat clients, of which we have many.
