Pros

Huge company with a lot of things automated. Like yearly bonuses and salaries. During hiring process they didn't care for your German language level. Have a guided carrier paths with help of coworkers.

Cons

Very small business potential. Very few and limited clients. They push you (developer) to do the selling of your coworkers to the clients. They put a heavy pressure on you to find the jobs for your selves even though you are not hired to do that.
