A Microsoft consultancy with some extras and a nice culture

Pros

Microsoft all around for those who like it. They care for their employees. There are numerous after-hours activities for pursuing your passions, both work-related and hobby-related. Strong team. Competitive salary.

Cons

Limited pool of projects available as often with outsourcing companies. Though it was before a merger into what is now Avanade. Too strong focus on the Microsoft technologies makes the management ignorant about what interesting happens elsewhere.

There is an excellent work environment People help each other If you don`t like something in your project, they help you changing your project They give you constants feedbacks They won`t fire, they will try to help you

Cons

The personnel department is not close to the employers The personnel department is very small for such big company, it`s hard to talk to them before you start The salaries are not compatible with the market Sometimes you will see some people be privileged The opportunities for growth depends so much on overtime

Cons

- Used to have good benefits, but not anymore. - Almost none work/life balance if you work in application development. - Almost all senior managers come from Accenture
