Avanade has had a great culture, and i have been surrounded by very smart and talented individuals that i have been able to learn from and enjoyed working with.

Cons

The recent changes have caused a lot of disruption within the firm, and i think it will take some time for the dust to settle and the growth to return. I would have given 5 stars before the changes, and i believe i will be back to give 5 stars again as things come together in the new model.
