      Trying to do the right thing & become more relevant to our clients. Good marketing / spin

      Cons

      Bureaucratic organization & processes can be overwhelming. Public company with short term focus Very poor professional development approach Over the top emphasis on social activism (ie there is a group of everything) Having a very poor 2017 (especially in US & Japan) The offshore team (GDN) is awful to work (GDN cares only about charging hours to your WBS, nothing about delivering for the client) High turnover

      Pros

      You'll generally be working with highly skilled people at top tier clients. It's the top of the heap for Microsoft-focused IT consulting.

      Cons

      Seemingly perpetual management and leadership changes, especially on the sales and account management side of the house. Still retains some of the hero culture from Accenture which expects insane working hours if you don't want to be seen as slacking.

      Pros

      Work 60-80 hours weeks and paid for 40! No useless boring conferences! Travel on personal time, nights and weekend to client sites!

      Cons

      More responsibility that is reasonable or possible. Stack ranking and promotion system is a joke. Following, no longer leading.
