Pros
If you work in the Service Line, you will be exposed to everything under the sun. Fast-paced environment in that line. If you work on an ATS project, expect to be there until you decide to move to Service Line, or you outgrow the contract's financial constraints. As with everyone else, getting paid to train is a huge benefit.
Cons
Our CM never really had much communication with upper management, which left a lot of the people on the contract in limbo. Career advancement is slow. There wasn't a happy median for communication, either there was too much, or not enough.
