      Big challenges, the use of latest technologies, really demanding client that make you work at the top of the quality.

      Cons

      If you end up under Accenture everything will became messy and hard. The bureaucracy is a huge issue on the company.

      Good work atmosphere, well qualified professional, good compensation & benefits, resources of a big company

      Sometimes its hard deal with slow & heavy bureaucracy of all great company, applied to a small department. Some big roles in the company like directors and senior project managers who came previously of Accenture lacks of management knowledge enough to do the jobn

      Some great people to work with, a good chance to learn Microsoft technologies, and great opportunities to work with clients across all industry sectors.

      Cons

      In the last 5 years technologists have taken a back seat to salesmen, project work has become increasingly risk averse, and the company has become more a subsidiary of Accenture than a separate company with its own culture.
