Pros
Avanade has been growing at a fast pace and will continue to do so. This provides great growth opportunities for people with deep Microsoft technology experience.
Cons
Avanade is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture & Microsoft, and in many cases has to compete with its parents for business at Enterprise accounts; this leads to some dysfunctional behavior between account teams. Many customers have never heard of Avanade, from a brand awareness perspective. And in my opinion there are way too many processes and procedures internally that hinder flexibility / agility when pursuing business.
