      Pros

      High level of collaboration among great people. Consistently challenging, both technically and professionally. Small company culture with approachable senior management. Leading market share growth and performance (which ultimately led to acquisition by Avanade).

      Cons

      Work/life balance typical for IT-based service providers. Virtually no paid training, though offset by cert fee reimbursements and career recognition. Average compensation and benefits.

      Like any company, you must play the political game or be ready to be passed up come promotion time. All it takes is one Director or Group Manager to stunt your career

      Avanade, now a large global organisation, has managed to perverse the 'family feel' culture it had when originally founded. Working at Avanade gives you the opportunity to work with the best Microsoft professionals in the industry. Innovation is top of the agenda at Avanade and it really an inspiring place to work. It’s a fantastic place to developed you career with lots of opportunities in all areas of the business. I truly recommend Avanade.
