You will work with A LOT of smart people The projects are interesting and most of the time well scoped The management reacts and supports resources on the ground when they are issues

Cons

You can travel a lot (can be a pro depending on personal preferences) Your voice doesn't count much when it comes to the project you are sent to work on Management has pressure to sell it's consultants and sometimes sell the wrong technology

Avanade, microsoft focused, and is also looking a lot like Accenture

Pros

Training, large clients, company is growing, you can work on large complex and challenging projects.

Cons

Company is divided into distinct service lines focused on MS technology applications, and doesnt team across these service lines well. Managment approach is very methodical and Accenture-like, resulting in slow moving approaches to address business needs. As you move up the management ranks, some service lines lack an inclusive senior management team.
