Access to Microsoft Software Training Materials

Cons

Management does not communicate, unless it is about sales figures. As an employee, you left to your own devices. Disappointed cannot trust co-workers everyone appears to be looking out for #1 despite the lip service to Team Work. Career Management is again lip service, as this non-existent. Bottom-line if do not want to pay for MSDN license and take free Microsoft Certifications, while not minding be treated like a retail item, this is the place for you.

The training opportunities are excellent. The people at Avanade are so of the smartest I've worked with. The leadership at Avanade is really good.

Cons

salaries are a little below industry standard

Avanade has some of the best technologists I've ever worked with. The benefits are very very good. They do believe in work-life balance and live up to it.

Cons

Avanade is a Microsoft only shop, but that doesn't mean you have to work with Microsoft only technology.
