Pros

If you go the extra mile and are committed to you project work and continuous learning you are rewarded. Its great to work with smart people who are passionate about the Microsoft Stack.

Cons

It is consulting work so sometimes long hours are required to hit customer deadlines. As you move up the ladder you are pushed more to selling and managing the customer vs delivery.

Good work atmosphere, well qualified professional, good compensation & benefits, resources of a big company

Cons

Sometimes its hard deal with slow & heavy bureaucracy of all great company, applied to a small department. Some big roles in the company like directors and senior project managers who came previously of Accenture lacks of management knowledge enough to do the jobn
