Pros

If there are any pros, its overshadowed by the cons.

Cons

First off, never join this company as a Senior Analyst. They will make up reason to keep you at that level and prevent promotions unless you have major advocate as your "Career Advisor". Managers and Career Advisors are on some sort of power trip. They belittle, threaten, and demean every chance they get. This is the Southwest region btw. Client over everything. If the client treats you like absolute garbage and lies about promises, you have to be "flexible" and they will gaslight you saying they never made said promises. They don't care if your sick or your losing money on traveling. They will use you and discard you as they see fit and Avanade/Accenture does not care because client(money) > you. Don't waste your time at this company. Terrible work-life balance. They talk big about being caring about their employees but that's it-they're just talk. A lot of hypocrisy. Major turnover the past few months so I'm guessing most of the reviews are not legitimate here. Seriously, if you're looking to travel or get experience in software development, this is not the place. You get sick of living out of suit case and you learn very little as 40+ hrs a week are fast paced and no one bothers to give work geared towards your experience. Or you're forced to work on a project that is not in your career path which in turn hurts your resume. The salary they offer is not worth the emotional distress of this job. This job has convinced me it never was.

Top worst work culture

Pros

Fruits and snacks are available if that makes you happy.

Cons

People compete internally to get each other off the client projects so they can get on or stay on the project! That could be your direct manager or peers whose support is crucial to your sucess. It's by far, top worst work culture that I have seen.

Pros

Access to Lots of Training, flexible schedule, good benefits, some (but rare) very good, knowledgeable people.

Cons

I have been working for many years now and I continually get disrespected by my colleagues. They try to give me 10% of the information, expecting 200% of the work that is due yesterday. They also don’t include their technologists when selling and solutioning. How does this work in a technology company? They are too reactive and not proactive. I’ve been raising my concerns to managers and leadership, they just sweep it under the rug. I feel not listened to. They talk about transparency and communications, yet they forgot it is a two-way street. The project environment structure is toxic, with your technologists at the bottom on the ladder. You end up doing the work of non-technical people because they prefer to a mange than to actually do the work.
