Business Outlook
Pros
There is a serious desire to update and change the business strategy. People here are smart and earnest. There are a lot of folks who have been here since the very beginning, mixed with newbies, which leads to interesting conversations. The proclaimed focus on customer seems to be sincere.
Cons
Bit of an identity crisis: is this an Accenture shop? A Microsoft shop? How do we build our own culture and identify? Decision-making has to run up the chain, sometimes unnecessarily complicating that process.
