      Avanade itself is a great company with a great culture and good benefits

      Cons

      Its a contracting job so your day-to-day is determined primarily by the client you're assigned to, who will not treat you as well as they might one of their own. And most people don't bring on expensive onshore contractors unless something is on fire.
