Everyone is friendly and helpful, willing to work together as a team Excellent place to start if you want to head over to Microsoft or Accenture in the future, and if you are very interested in the Microsoft tech stack A lot of flexibility and they do try to support employees Pretty innovative company
Cons
Terrible work life balance - 80-hour work weeks can be the norm, especially if you are enrolled on a project. They're paying below market rate for all their positions if you just look at base pay for similar positions. Coupled with working hours, your per-hour rate isn't super.
