      Pros

      Allows employee to learn and develop themselves during work and lots of other benefits. Great place for fresh grad.

      Cons

      Project based and might be stuck in a project for years. If you don't make yourself known to your bosses then hard to get good grades during appraisal

      Pros

      The hiring team kept me in the loop at every step. If anything changed, someone notified me immediately. I received candid answers to my questions, and they explained the more complex situations that are commonly encountered. Each person offered their advice on navigating the organization successfully. I feel like I received a very honest look at the opportunity, the challenges, and the rewards.

      Cons

      I don't think Avanade self promotes enough. They found me. If I had seen them, and I work in their space, I would have looked at them years ago.
