It sometimes was not a good company

A shift in leadership direction caused a huge cultural shift in the company. Employees are nothing but a number. HR mentions that they advocate for employees wellness but it's a totally different story when you're on a project where it matters the most. have great people to work with but now most of them are leaving, now you have a greater chance to work with people that don't pull their weight. Gap between delivery and sales. Leads will cut project costs sacrificing quality work. I got assigned to projects that last for more than a year, where you're basically doing the same monotonous work. Unclear responsibilities. Most of the projects, you'll be questioning why the client is paying for them. Company doesn't value loyalty, something I shouldn't be surprised by in the corporate world.
