      Great human culture, poor working culture

      Pros

      The people are amazing, as well as the internal (human) culture. Everyone is very kind, helpful and accepting. Huge plus for diversity and inclusion. Work-life balance near impossible.

      Cons

      The working culture is inherited from Accenture. Working schedule is too demaning (9-19 from monday to thursday). The working volume is poorly managed, and well as the projects themselves. Chaos everywhere.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for career growth if you get lucky with good projects. Getting to work with Microsoft .NET technologies is awesome, much preferred to Java ecosystem.

      Cons

      Benefits package is not that great relatively speaking, you get paid less than at other companies because Avanade functions as essentially a subsidiary of Accenture and Accenture takes a large chunk of the earnings as it feeds the projects to Avanade.
