      Pros

      Committed to creating a great experience for employees - supportive organization that promotes from within and looks for opportunities to help you grow your career. People are generally great - real team environment with colleagues who want the best for each other. Depending on the role, work-life balance (no travel) can be great for those who are looking for it. Many of our offices provide numerous opportunities to network internally through happy hours and other special events. Training and development opportunities are plentiful both online and in person.

      Cons

      It will take a little while to find your footing - it's a large, global, complex organization. Network, network, network and you will acclimate quickly.

      Overall, a good company

      Pros

      I was with the company for more than five years. It's a great firm with lots of smart people. In the last few years, the company underwent some management changes. It is also trying to re-define its image. As the company gets largers, it has become more corporate, so the culture has changed. However, the fundamentals are still there.

      Cons

      Chargeability pressure, changing its company identity, losing some great people, over-correction on its corporate focus.
