Decent people overall, but management not always great and workload distribution poor

- salary was decent - Overall people were nice and generally helpful - paid for certifications - good benefits

Cons

- management were not always great and would throw you under the bus when it suits (even after they gave incoherent/poor instructions) - despite being told you can move around to different areas if you want, this is not the case in reality - some areas of the business are too cliquey and relied on nepotism - office politics occasionally got in the way of progression
