      Accenture company. Great benefits. You get to learn big GSI consulting delivering Accenture projects!

      Cons

      Layoff central! No bonuses! No promotions! The Americas region is not leveraging its full potential in the competitive GSI landscape. The lack of experience in real-world consulting with the senior leadership team might be hindering the development of a strong regional strategy. For example, some industry competitors are outperforming in attracting talent, landing opportunities for strategic projects, and growing revenue %. While Avanade is not. The Americas region is long overdue for a complete overhaul starting at the top. If you join Avanade or plan to stay- things are going to continue as a very bumpy ride and you will always be looking over your shoulder!

      Absolutely stellar chances at developing yourself. Good colleagues, good tone. Normal to interesting projects. Company is open to your individual criticisms and tries to accomodate. Always depends on your circumstances ofc. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Not necessarily the best wage leading. As a company in Norway it feels very "American". A lot is happening far away and its hard to connect to the company at large.
