      Pros

      Supportive management, endless training, professional attitude to it's employees and it's clients, good bonus, extra technical benefit to spend on hardware, software, gadgets, training, etc.

      Cons

      Usually lots of travel. They usually support staying in better-than-average hotels and the per Diem is pretty goot. Sometimes you have to work on projects managed by it's co-owner Accenture with can be Ok or a complete disaster.

      Competent staff who are fun to work with Exposure to new technologies Access to Accenture collateral and technical support from other regions Good process and structure

      Cons

      Management style is command and control Very little direct engagement, most of the work comes through Accenture (Parent Co.) Sales staff have been trained not to think, lack of imagination and creativity, more focused on picking up the crumbs from Accenture Customer relationship management is weak

      Pros

      Great chance to get head on experience and training in newer computer technologies. Work with different teams and management on projects. Control over rapid career and work path.

      Cons

      Most projects available are managed by Parent company Accenture - go look up. Very old school approach to software development management. Expect working 60 - 80 hrs a week in "death march" projects., thank goodness Avanade attempts to prevent the madness, but not successful enough.
