Pros

Good benefits Good colleagues (But mostly left, leaving or will leave)

Cons

- long hours, weekends are all spent on the project. Leave can be frozen and unable to be utilized - management use threats to get people to work - people leaving is a norm. Management rather spend money to hire new people than retain employees

Pros

Extended Benefits Flexible working from home

Cons

No work/life balance Development is encouraged but only rewarded for Chargeable Consultants. Always overlooked if you're a cost to the business High staff turnover in the office, which management don't seem to care about Useless HR team. You're lucky if you get a response When people leave they pile more work on the poor suckers that are still there rather than replace them The "structured" annual appraisal programme that is designed to be fair but actually means you can be working your butt off for months/years without progression, promotion or financial reward Pathetic annual bonus

Issues with sexism

Business Outlook

Pros

Great place to learn and advance. If you are a guy.

Cons

UCCMS Department has issues with sexism and gender discrimination. Training and promotions are often give out on a basis of favoritism and gender. Complaints about sexism are not taken seriously by management. Women are often are given leas critical tasks. Men are often given assistance with work, while women are ignored and treated as incompetent. When mistakes are made, men are treated like its no big deal, while as a woman even a small error is treated with harsh criticism. Guys are given more challenging and higher profile work. Male employees often talk down to the female coworkers.
