Everyone was left figuring things out in their own way, leading to confusion and repeated inefficiencies. - Unstable environment: The sudden layoff reflected the company’s overall lack of planning and care for employee wellbeing. Communication around changes was minimal and impersonal.

Lack of interest in improving things from the board level on down. We all know our model is broken, but the people who could assist in fixing things are not motivated to do so. So we continue to go for the cheapest solution. Even when we ALL know it’s going to fail. It’s madness to not try to make process improvements when they would save money in the long term.
