The list goes on. Good luck finding a reference when you try to leave. Avoid at all costs.

Quite all projects are managed by Accenture management, so avanade employees are quite always subcontractors. Employees are oftes stuffed on projects only on the basis of projects availabilities, not on the basis of their skills or their goals. Bad work-life balance.
