Competitive Salary Lots of training Great minds and colleagues to work with Career Progression

Cons

Long bench times The expectation from group manager is to be more of deal shaper and presales % person but at the same time group manager has 70% utilization target which does not seem. Group managers are expensive resources so selling them is difficult which create a long bench time. Working with Accenture and offshore teams is always a challenge.
