      Pros

      Real life focus on delivering Value to clients through the Microsoft Ecosystem. Great focus on developing people and their skills. With its focus on Microsoft the firm is often on the bleeding edge of development, if you enjoy working with Microsoft products and services then this company is a good opportunity.

      Cons

      Like all jobs you get what you put in, but the focus is on how you carry your career. Expect not to be challenged on multiple fronts. Do not expect an easy career if you don't do your piece. This is a consulting firm and if the consulting life is not for you then consider other opportunities.

      Bad company to work in.

      Pros

      Over set leaning kpi. stressful as you need to meet customer expectation and Avanade goals such as blue prism. in short if you can work 24/7, you get to learn lots of stuff. good for youngters, not for family.

      Cons

      Political company-blaming game. always customer right, will sack any staff if customer complain. HR set lots of policy, just never adhere to it, even the management scold you thick skull and other racism remarks, no action taken.
