Great out-of-college training Pay you to train & learn Invest time and money in people Overtime is paid Employees, managers, etc are down to earth and pleasant Have yet to meet an employee I didn't get along with Great benefits - medical/dental/401k/vision Vacation time is good

Too many corporate changes Salary does not match current market value Have personally seen company events go from monthly to 2 a year

Great growth opportunities, transparency with employees, challenging projects, an excellent health and dental plan, good career path and teamwork.

Cons

Some people complained about overtime and short deadlines, but I liked as well as earn extra money, I helped my team to deliver the demands.

Pros

There is always something new to work on. You will have the opportunity to rotate through many different industries and technologies. Your peers will always encourage you to grow, learn, and challenge each other. Development teams that I have worked in the past are always enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for the technology they are working on. The company as a whole stresses training and development in all aspects of software consulting, not just the technical side. The extended benefits that all the service line consultants receive are one of the best contested privileges in the IT world.

Cons

Some of the assignments are remote work but not all, and this sometimes requires you to be an efficient time manager. You will be required to travel for other assignments for extended periods of time, and while I personally enjoyed traveling, there were some peers that would opt out of project assignments that would require traveling.
