- breadth of work and variety of clients - great offers of training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement - flexibile and accomodates work-life balance - bonuses based on performance at EOY - good benefits package, matched 401k, affordable health insurance, okay PTO - supportive and helpful colleagues -

Cons

- layoffs tend to be random and not a lot of transparency but it has gotten better. a lot of uncertainty among employees. - constant pressure to find a project to be staffed on if you're on the bench.

Good culture and benefits, solid compliant hour per week . No cheeky embedding extra hours into your timesheets as mandatory like other consultancies. I even worder if you can build a case on legality of that. Though in short - not Avanade. thumbs up for that to them
