Pros

Not a recommendation at all.

Cons

Do you want to work for the most unprofessional company out there? Very rude people. Not to mention, they lied about their professions. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not be fooled.

Pros

Lot of focus on learning and development, they spend huge money on learning and development. Renumeration is good compared to other IT services companies. Understand IT trends and try to ensure employee is aware of the same. Global presence. Have all kinds of projects and use all kinds of technologies. Process driven. Good scope for working in foreign countries. Lot of focus/encouragement on innovation and making difference at any/all levels.

Cons

Recruitment process needs to be tightened so that poor performers don't get a job in the organisation. Poor performers are shown the door, period. No job security. If you join the organisation and have to report to bench then you will be lost and you will hate the company. Supervisor/manager has too much power/authority and can make or break the career of an employee.

Beware (MS Region)

Pros

Stable company to work for. Tech Budget $2K Paid Certs Decent company, but avoid Redmond,WA as it's run separately by few moron

Cons

Benefits and net pay is a joke & even though you could potentially fly all over US, but the Seattle/Redmond HR will give you 1% specifically in Seattle/Redmond area where the HR has been purchased by old MS Region VP's who gave them director titles to keep things (Hush hush). It's like the 80's culture here as there really is no culture. Recently got rid of Regional model again, but that's subject to change. Avoid MS projects at all cost, not that MS projects are any bad but MS Regional Avanade Leadership are all homegrown leaders who still have coding mentality & no leadership skills. The leadership at MS Region gets coached by Grp Managers and Directors on how to be a leader.... Your fate is in the hands of those very Einstein's who decides your promotions. Every single person knows Redmond Is a joke, with 80% turn over rate within less then 2 years. More ill informed decisions, more haste, more waste. Plans and priorities change daily. Everybody spending all their time telling anyone who will listen why it’s all somebody else’s fault. Kind of resembles a kindergarten class of crack addicted princesses! This page is not long enough, but run as fast as you can........
