      Pros

      Unlimited Microsoft technologies to work on. Friendly people. Remote work.

      Cons

      Once you are in the company, you have to interview constantly to get projects. If you are not on a project, you are put on the bench. You must find a job internally or risk getting fired within 4 weeks or less. Senior leadership is lacking, executives skip meetings frequently. New hires are at a huge disadvantage getting projects to work on. Its all about internal connections.

      - You get paid. That's cool.

      Cons

      - They keep trying to convince you it's a family and it's not. Kind of annoying. - You get the job just to job hunt while on the job for projects or you'll get booted during the next round of layoffs. *Like I got the job to code, not to continue that hiring process.

      Pros

      You get lots of time to sit around and study because there is little to no work to do.

      Cons

      No structure, mind dumbing due to lack of projects. Sold the ability to work on large projects but never materialized. Never felt part of the team / culture
