      The benefits are crazy good

      Cons

      You won’t have time to enjoy the benefits. Everything is client based and upper management does not push back to clients even if they are being ridiculous. It’s a very stressful environment because management do not know how to manage it really depends on who you get as your manager. Some of them really think the world revolves around them and have a strict hierarchy system

      Its on you to find your own projects, do not expect to find it for you. You will be pushed over for promotions. If you get a bad client don’t expect to work less than 10 Hours a day

      Good, people-centric policies, a friendly environment and well defined work-life balance.

      Cons

      Limited growth and career path. Thin direct business so you end up working a lot for in-direct business with Accenture, where the culture is very different, especially for Avanaders!
