      management and executive teams have no direction and just order takers- big reorg only numbers focused forcing all the key core heart of company to leave to get fired

      - The company is a great place for a young consultant to start after their internship. They can connect with clients and learn new technologies fast - The benefits are good

      Cons

      - The company is bought by Accenture. And for many internal processes their approval is needed - Every decision ends up in a long line of emails that usually lead nowhere - Most of the entry level roles are extremely streamlined - Internal AI Helpdesk chat bots - You might get a lay off out of nowhere because your position is being outsourced or the entire office shuts down
