Pros
As with any consulting company, I benefited from working on a variety of projects with clients in different industries.
Cons
A consistent pattern for at least 2 years of CEO, North America general manager, and practice leads boasting about company performance and then denying bonuses, raises, and promotions while laying-off employees. North America GM regularly saying incredibly naive and ignorant things in townhalls, such as "I'm really excited because I just hired some AI-first engineer college graduates!" concurrently with the above gaslighting. Also, now pivoting to selling Agentic AI to mid-sized companies even though 2 years into the AI hype cycle there STILL IS NO ROI.
