Understand IT trends and try to ensure employee is aware of the same. Global presence. Have all kinds of projects and use all kinds of technologies. Process driven. Good scope for working in foreign countries. Lot of focus/encouragement on innovation and making difference at any/all levels.
Cons
Recruitment process needs to be tightened so that poor performers don't get a job in the organisation. Poor performers are shown the door, period. No job security. If you join the organisation and have to report to bench then you will be lost and you will hate the company. Supervisor/manager has too much power/authority and can make or break the career of an employee.
