- nice salary, at least over the average - nice benefits - small company growing fast

Cons

- some projects where you either do too much tasks that are very monotonous or projects where you don't have anything to do for an entire day

Nice local company activities every month. Helpful people around. The company supports their employees if there is something wrong happening in their lives or their professional life. Good package of benefits.

Cons

Salary is not compatible with the market. It requires a lot to get a promotion; being very good at your work/delivery is not enough. If someone is visible and active on platforms, they are just looking for a promotion. It feels like the culture is artificial. I don't like competitive environments, so almost everything being competitive is a con for me. It might be a pro for others.
