      Company is trying to change its focus

      Cons

      Recent layoffs of around 300 people were first announced at a remote Town Hall meeting, with no warning to most of those who would be directly affected. More possible layoffs were just announced by the home company, again on a financial status call. Many employees are nervous; some key employees have left or will leave soon.

      Poor management at every level Good old boys club and management wants to do as little as possible while burying their head in the sand. Six people doing the same exact job paid six different salaries People with tenor get screwed If your over 40 new leadership will find a reason to get rid of you They speak of progression while using the most antiquated software and are not open to change. Toxic environment Favoritism Generally a bad work environment and they have no allegiance to long term employees
