Pros
A company that will support your growth and your everyday role, but more than this are there for you even in the bad times. Amazing level of training giving you more than what you need for any role. Great working environment with people that have drive and passion to deliver, but also have fun. Awesome package, giving you more than just a basic and bonus, with all the extras you gain. A company open to listening and not afraid to change direction when they can see they are doing things wrong.
Cons
Long hours, really need to put a lot in to achieve the required level. Can be a bit of a "boys club" at times. Great networkers do well. Hard to get on in the business in a field based role.
