      Great benefits, nice colleagues and a solid market environment. If you look for a career BAT may be the right place for you. Make sure to perform every single year, build a solid network and be mobile - not much to keep you from climbing up the ladder.

      Cons

      - No work-life balance in marketing - be aware of a hierarchical mindset; you need to be senior enough to be heard - loads of work usually never materializes
