Great development, international opportunities, good pay and high ethical standards. Premises are excellent not only in the UK but also world wide. Great collaborative culture.

Cons

The company struggles to find its way in the none-combustible segment. The traditional markets are down and profits under pressure. The company support structures including finance will rightsize, so over time opportunities for growth and promotion will be limited.
